The Hainz Professional Center is located at 134 N. Ridgewood Dr., Sebring, Florida, 33870. Suite numbers 1-19 are all located on the second floor of the Hainz Building.
Location:
Sebring rests conveniently within a two hour drive from most of Peninsular Florida. Boasting and international reputation for the annual American Lemans Series “Twelve Hours Race of Endurance,” this fast growing area offers many advantages for all types of business. The six lane US 27 corridor flows north-south connecting I-4 with State Roads 60, 66, and 70.
Driving directions:
From the north, turn east on the Sebring Parkway off US 27. Travel five minutes to the light at North Ridgewood Drive and turn right. You’ll enter the charming National Register Historic District and will see the Hainz Building on the left just after Mango Street.
From the South, exit US 27 on Lakeview just before the Publix Supermarket and travel north for less than five minutes. Bear to the right when South Ridgewood Drive splits from Lakeview. Follow Circle Park Drive around the scenic center of town and continue on N. Ridgewood Drive. The Hainz Building will be on your right, next to the historic Salvation Army building, just north of “The Circle.”
Parking:
Downtown Sebring offers amble parking. Non-metered street spaces are first come, first served. Two free municipal lots sit near the Hainz Building, one just to the north at the corner of Mango and N. Ridgewood, and the other off North Center Street behind the firehouse.
The paved lot for the Hainz Building can be accessed via a network of alleys. On the north side from Mango (just past the City Utility Building, before the historic fire station) and from the south via “Wall Street” - the brick alley just in front of the Salvation Army. Turn onto Wall St., then turn left at the end of the Salvation Army.
Handicapped and elevator access:
Handicapped parking is available in both the Hainz Building lot and the Mango Street lot. Our elevator enters from the rear of the building. If you require additional assistance, please contact us at 863.385.1705.
